Asphalt Maintenance

1. Sealcoating: This is a periodic maintenance that protects, helps restore the asphalt and extends the life of the asphalt. At the same time it helps maintain the beauty of your Home or Property.

2. Striping: We have all the needed equipment and airless sprayers to apply Latex, Oil Base , Chlorinated Rubber or Thermaplastic Traffic Markings. Types: New Layouts will be accurately measured and placed on your lot to your prints or requirements. Restripe is done to freshen up the look of exsiting lines and stencils. Before restripe is done the lot is cleaned to remove any debris to insure the paint will bond properly.

3.Hot Crack Repair: All cracks are cleaned using a Crack Jet (Video Available) The Crack Jet burns out the crack at 2,800 degress to remove dirt, vegetation, debris and old sealant. As the Crack Jet cleans it removes moisture and etches the edges of the crack so the sealant will bond to the sides and not the bottom. The Polymeric Sealing Compound is applied with a oil jacketed melter. Cracks are filled from the bottom and slightly over filled then immediately squeegeed to provide a neat band approximately 2" wide. The band will help to prevent water from entering. The sealent takes about 10 minutes to cure into a track free finish.

4. Pot Hole Repair: Hot patch will be used when asphalt plants are open. Cold patch can be done anytime at any temperature. The cold patch once in place is guaranteed to stay in place for one year. We are able to use the cold patch in standing water.
